By accessing or using Solas AI's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Solas AI provides AI-powered automation tools for businesses, including but not limited to content generation (ContentForge), lead research (LeadForge), proposal generation (ProposalForge), reputation management (ReputationForge), and CRM software (Triske). Services may be offered as SaaS subscriptions, CLI tools, or consulting engagements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting forms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., generating spam, malicious content, or content that violates applicable laws).
• You are responsible for ensuring that content generated using our tools complies with applicable laws and regulations before use.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by our AI tools is generated by third-party language models and should be reviewed before use. Solas AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our tools belongs to you. The Solas AI platform, brand, website design, and underlying code remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software without written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Services at any time. Self-hosted deployments (e.g., Triske) are your responsibility to maintain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solas AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid Services will end at the current billing period. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Solas AI LLC is registered.
